Services and activities intended for medium and large companies within the auspices of the production centre would include support in executing the investment - the collection of the various permits and approvals, qualification and re-qualification of workers, contacts with local suppliers, organisation of training programmes according to investor needs, support for the preparation and implementation of EU projects, support for company sales activities, support for networking and business internationalisation via fairs/expos, professional converences, continuous business assessment and their need for timely response to it, and lasting support to investors in communication with regional and local self-governing bodies.

This is how, in the long term, the target effects can be met, creating a large number of jobs and changing the industrial structure of the VS County, or the City of Vukovar.

The Production centre will house business spaces which will be leased to business subjects in manufacturing and trades. Given that the users of the Production centre will be medium and large businesses, their level of independence will be relatively greater than that of other occupants and users.
