Centre for innovational entrepreneurship (CIP) is located on the first floor of the Poly building and it is primarily intended for existing small innovational companies with growth potential which do not have the funds nor the need for constructing their own business space. CIP users are companies which have been through the process in the Entrepreneurial Incubator and have outgrown its scope, as well as technologically-oriented companies.

CIP has a total of 15 business spaces at its disposal, with a total net area of 585 m2 (from 26,00 m2 to 77,93 m2), while the common spaces, comprising 1 office, 3 kitchenettes, three separate toilets, hallways and elevator, have a total net area of 775 m2 (including the conference hall).
